Built in 2015, with about 3,591 sq ft, five bedrooms and 4.5 baths, it sleeps up to 18, so the whole crew can stay under one roof.
Come in off the slopes to a cedar barrel sauna and a Hot Springs hot tub tucked into the trees out back, a river-stone fireplace in a vaulted great room, and a lower-level family room where the kids can spread out. In summer, The Highlands trades ski runs for four championship golf courses and a lift-served mountain bike park. It’s a home for every season.

The space
Warm wood, stone and big windows onto the woods set the tone here. Every Northern Luxe home has a sauna and a Hot Springs hot tub, and here they sit side by side in the trees behind the house. Step out of the cedar barrel sauna, look out its window to the woods, cool off in the snow, then sink into the hot tub. Repeat until dinner.

The Highlands House is built for families who love being together and need a little room to breathe. Upstairs, the loft balcony overlooks the great room. Downstairs, the lower-level family room has its own big sectional, a wet bar with a beverage fridge and sink, and a pool table, giving kids and teens their own hangout. That leaves the great room and fireside to the grown-ups.
